The finals of the National Technology Olympiad were held from April 6 to 12. Schoolchildren from all over Russia took part in the final stages.
The final of the profile “Modern Food Engineering” was held in Stavropol on the basis of the North Caucasus Federal University. The finalists created products that could make up for the deficiency of trace elements, proteins, fats, carbohydrates and dietary fiber of people, taking into account their gender, age and activity level. The partner of the profile was the scientific and production company “Gold of Fields”. The winners and prize-winners of the National Technological Olympiad were presented with gifts from the company and an invitation to targeted training at the North Caucasus Federal University with subsequent employment in the scientific department of the Golden Fields company.
