Rules for the use of tank mixture
The first rule is to shake the canister well
The second rule IS TO DO A COMPATIBILITY TEST
Before pouring the preparations into the sprayer tank, conduct a compatibility test – we pour water into the container with the lid (the water must be from the same source as in the sprayer), add the preparations – components of the tank mixture in ratios corresponding to field flow rates. We close the container and mix the contents, turn the container over for 3-5 minutes. The uniformity of the mixture is evaluated visually.
The third rule is to WATCH THE REACTION
Mixing two drugs leads to a certain physical and chemical reaction.
The fourth rule is TO PREPARE THE MOTHER LIQUOR
One part of the drug is dissolved in one part of pure water.
In the tank, we combine only the uterine solutions of the drugs
The fifth rule is THAT WE OBSERVE THE TECHNOLOGY OF PREPARING THE TANK MIXTURE
- we mix the preparations in strict order
- the working solution is prepared immediately before use
- the finished working solution or its residues after application should not be left in the sprayer
- we do not stop mixing the working solution throughout its preparation, as well as during spraying in the field
- we carefully monitor the quality and temperature of the water used
Preparation of the working fluid
- Before starting the treatment, fill the tank of the sprayer (etching machine) with clean water up to half
- Turn on the stirrer
- Add a measured dose of O-Rise preparations to the mixing tank
- Make a SPR (according to the manufacturer’s recommendations)
- Fill the tank to full.
Optimal conditions for crop treatments
- Relative humidity of the air is not less than 60%
- Temperature – 15-25 °C
- Wind speed – no more than 2m/s
